Also, one subset of H.263 is its baseline profile. The baseline profile
of H.263 is also supported as the "short header" subset of MPEG-4 part 2
video. So if the H.263 video is baseline H.263, it can be stored in MP4
as MPEG-4 part 2 video.

It's possible insert H.263 video and AMR audio in 3GPP file format,
which is in some sense, a subset of the mp4 file format. mp4 file format
does not support H.263 video in it.
Well, a "3GPP Component" (freely downloadable from QuickTime's site)
attached to Quick Time Player can PLAY 3GPP files, but I doubt if there
is any FREE Recorder/Multiplexer which will combine H.263 and AMR into a
3GPP (.3gp) file....
