[Mp4-tech] FMO support in QT 7.1

Does QT 7.1, or any player support FMO ?

I am using the JM 11.0 H.264 encoder to create a .264 file using FMO.

I then used the MPEG4IP mp4creator tool (v1.5.0.1) to create my mp4
file.

This MP4 file does not play in QT 7.1

I used the MPEG4IP h264parser tool on my .264 file and it looks fine.
