[Mp4-tech] mpeg4 error resilience issue

dear experts,
   
    The video packet in mpeg4 is divided two parts,motion vector and texture, with data partition.  generally if texture is wrong, the motion vector can be used to conceal it, but if motion vector is wrong, what can I do? could anyone clarify that for me?
