[Mp4-tech] H.264 Query... Missing MB coded data

Hi Expert

I am working over Error Recovery in H.264 decoder.
I have query related H.264 video bitstream.

Suppose we have .264 coded stream of QCIF (total MB = 99) and  1
slice/frame, No data partioning.

If by any means the MB Number  from 20 to 24 coded data are not there
or missing.
How to detect them...???

Till now I am able to detect the loss/missing MB at the last of frame
decoding by checking
(TotalMBexpected - totalMB decoded).

So it means after the last MB decoding I come to know that there are 5
MBs are missing. But I am not able to detect of which position  's MBs
are missing, like whether missing MB were 1st or 25th, or 56th, or
last MB I am not able to find out which exact position.

As in .264 coded stream there is No MB boundary for coded data, no
separate MB Address....


Any suggestion for this situation , any document over this...
