[Mp4-tech] I - only frames

Dear Experts,



I am using JM software to understand the H.264 spec to complete my project.

I wanted to have an Intra only encoded data (No P, no B). How can I
configure the "encoder.cfg" file to get this done?

I used many options on.cfg file. I was able to get rid of B frames. But
still there are P frames.
