[Mp4-tech] [Audio] Inconsistent delay between the reference decoder and the reference renderings

Dear experts,

I stumbled into something hideously terrible this week. It appears
that the reference decoder (mp4AudVm_Rewrite and mp4mcDec behave the
same) seems to be delayed 2048 samples relative to the reference
renderings in "referencesWav".

I'm using refSoft_mpeg4audio_20100425 with isolibjan08b and AFsp-v8r2.

Is this intentional and if so why?
